Our services span the testing of new television pilots and Hollywood movies in a real-time behavioral response preview theater; movie trailer and commercial testing via the Internet; as well as traditional market research services for corporations and government agencies.

Precision Opinion is a 330 station CATI equipped phone room including speed/predictive dialers. We deliver uncompromising data and service to the research industry. Our modern phone center’s hi-tech capabilities allow real-time delivery of frequency and percentages, production reports and data delivery. Our continually trained research associates assure interviews with unbiased results. Quality is maintained with remote on-screen and on-line monitoring. Clients can monitor the briefing session via a combination of both audio and visual components. You can listen and watch the data being entered in real-time during the monitoring session.

Precision Opinion was established with the expressed purpose of delivering uncompromising data and service to the research industry. To meet that objective, we installed the newest state-of-the-art survey hardware and software using the Voxco platform. The phone room reflects 20 years of experience and vital input by the market research industry — by project managers who require timely project flow information and on-time delivery and by senior analysts who require uncompromising data and verbatim reporting. Located in Las Vegas, in addition to the large employment base, the western time zone allows for two eight-hour work shifts with convenient daytime and evening calling patterns to all domestic time zones.

Precision Opinion’s CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system virtually eliminates interviewer error while increasing phone room productivity by taking decision making away from floor supervisors and to the "computer brains" thus maximizing productivity and reducing over / under quotas. The Voxco Command Center and Pronto dialer system is maintained in house on a clustered SQL server that manages sample quotas, coding and executes automatic skip patterns or list rotations.

Precision Opinion’s Web / Internet survey software was developed to replicate CATI interviewing. That is the software can manage sample quotas, coding and executes automatic skip patterns or list rotations. In addition, the respondent interface is user friendly in both visual format and in ease of use. All programmers and IS personnel are full time employees meaning no-outsourcing of web surveys is required at any time during the research process.
