Matt McCoy, Programming & Database As the Senior Programmer and database manager for Precision Opinion, Matthew possesses a great depth of market research knowledge, from questionnaire authoring and programming, to the processing and analysis of client data. Matthew brings to you over 12 years of experience in the market research industry and is proficient in multiple CATI, data processing and tabulation products. His logic-minded approach and ability to work creatively with clients to deliver the ideal final product make Matthew an invaluable part of the Precision Opinion team.

Looking for someone with over a decade of phone room management experience who has seen it all and done it all. Someone who understands deadlines and quotas and who trains his people and then trains them again to get the highest possible productivity and quality from his team. Meet Michael. 

Michael Clifford, Phone Room Manager Michael Clifford has over ten years of experience within the market research industry. Mr. Clifford has been employed in all aspects of telephone research from entry level to supervisory. Michael has conducted telephone surveys, monitored, supervised, promoted to Sr. Supervisor and eventually Phone Room Manager.

Mr. Clifford is involved in all day-to-day phone room operations including daily staffing for all projects, overseeing quality and production, training, managing and motivating phone room personnel and supervisors.

Michael graduated from Citrus College in Business Administration and has since undergone continual training in business management, data entry, and business-related software applications.

Looking for a seasoned marketing services executive who still believes that the “Client is King” and that the only way for a business to compete is to ensure that every single project is delivered on time, according to requirements and within budget. Meet Jim. 

Jim Medick, President Jim provides vast knowledge and hands-on experience in the all disciplines of market research.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Florida. The marketing giant Procter & Gamble recruited him, where his formal education was put to practical use. Jim was involved in the development of marketing strategies and sales campaigns in the Bar Soap and Household Cleaning Product Division of P&G. After six years with P&G, Jim went on to become Vice President of Marketing for Mattel, Inc. He was assigned to the entertainment division, which included the tourism theme park Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.

At Mattel, Jim developed marketing strategies for domestic and international markets including North America, South America and Europe.

In addition to directing the company, Jim also moderates focus groups for a wide variety of entertainment, consumer and business-to-business clients. His knowledge of the gaming industry, both the customer and the supplier side, has sent him to every gaming market in the United States as well as every gaming venue including riverboats, Indian casinos, limited play casinos and of course Atlantic City and Las Vegas. For the consumer industry Jim regularly tests advertising campaigns, entertainment concepts, as well as customer service programs. Jim is also directing the company's endeavors into Internet research specializing in the field of entertainment and commercial testing.
